The NYMC Health Sciences Library now has 100 Facebook Fans!

As of today, the library has 100 Facebook Fans! For those on Facebook, the page offers a way to hear what is new at the library, to receive tips and news related to medicine, information technology and resources, and to view photos of events in the library and beyond. HSL’s Most Tweeted Words Analyzed

Word Cloud of HSL's Most Tweeted WordsThe top 5 words are:

1. library – Makes sense.

2. health – Ditto.

3. rt – Stands for retweet.  I guess we have a tendency to share the tweets of those we are following.

4. new – We like to keep our users informed of what’s new at the library.

5. ow – It’s not a chore to tweet.  Part of  “ow.ly”, one of two URL shorteners (bit.ly is the other one) we use for the  links we share with our followers.
